Created a simpler version of a familiar tool for managing personal projects. As a self-employed entrepreneur, I handle all aspects of the business from development to marketing, working remotely from Greater Buenos Aires.

Customer Operations Nov 2018 - Present

Wear multiple hats in true startup fashion — supporting customers through onboarding and troubleshooting, handling billing and subscriptions via Stripe, communicating closely with the development team, and solving a wide range of challenges across the business.

Proactively developed an internal tool to address a frequently asked user question, streamlining internal support workflows. Later integrated the tool into the platform, empowering users to find answers independently and reducing support load by up to 25%.

Spearheaded the QA arm, defining processes to ensure product reliability and seamless feature rollouts. Investigated complex issues by following leads across tools like Sentry, Papertrail, and internal logs, helping the development team identify root causes and accelerate bug resolution.

Actively involved in decision-making processes related to feature and product development, prioritization, bug triaging, and overall company direction, contributing both technical and user-centered perspectives.
